Early stoneware jar attributed to Abraham Mead, Greenwich, Connecticut, circa 1790. The pointed dot decoration appears distinctive to Mead. Ht. 10 1/4"; W. 9". Condition: Base chips; faint hairline on one side; glaze loss where handles adhere to body (occurred in the making).
