Painted Tin Box
Very good large painted tin document box with bold floral decoration on the front, attributed to the Butler Tin Shop of East Greenville, New York, circa 1840. The condition is very good with small areas of loss, very slight depression in the lid and the catch is missing underneath the hasp. Width 10"; height 7 1/2"; depth 6".
